Mr. Kapraw is a Thai Street food with a home-made touch. The owner, Khun Kong, has been in the kitchen cooking with his mother and Grandmother wince he was 5 years old. Instead of playing and running around outside, he was learning to pick out the best vegetables from the garden, falling in love with holy basil, grinding up fresh garlic to make pastes, going to the market to pick out the best cuts of meat. Kong has spent his life absorbing everything he can about cooking and is a natural in the kitchen.
